ABOUT ME

Kristy Gutierrez originates from Kirkland, Washington, where she grew up performing in plays, musicals, and talent shows from third grade, all the way through her senior year of high school. Music, being her first love, led to Kristy taking private vocal lessons, as well as writing original music.

 

One of Kristy’s favorite genres in acting has always been comedy, due to the joy it brings when she can make someone laugh. In her sophomore year of high school, Kristy performed in the musical, Into The Woods, as Milky White and received an honorable mention from the 5th Avenue Theatre Awards in Seattle for best actress in a non-singing role.

Kristy continued her pursuit of the performing arts by auditioning and being accepted into AMDA LA’s Musical Theatre BFA program, which she graduated from in February of 2019. With her degree, Kristy plans to continue chasing her dreams.
